Did you get a job description? Based on the MS website, finance deals mainly with record keeping, accounting, controlling, reporting, etc. Mostly process-driven BO work. If you have nothing else on the table, and you need a job fast, it might be worth considering, however I would try to hold out for something better if at all possible.

Maybe, but probably not in any capacity that would allow for meaningful networking or doing a lateral transfer.
