URGENT: Need Help!

I was asked to go to a BB sales and trading interview on the desk next week. I have heard of such interviews before but have no idea what to expect or how to prepare. What are they looking for? Will it be similar to the type of thing a S&T summer analyst would face? Any advice would be awesome.
