Vanguard vs. JP Morgan FT offer

I recently interviewed with JPM and Vanguard. Vanguard offered me a FT role as a Fund Financial Associate and JPM offered an analyst position for the Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP). Job functions at Vanguard as a FFA include NAV calc's, pricing funds, money management, and any other functions that help the business. The FFA's are the mid-office people.

I'm sure everyone here is familiar with the JPM CADP so I wont explain that. My dilemma --> with both offers on the table, which should I take? Long term career goals include becoming a trader and hopefully be successful enough to become a PM. Any guidance from fellow monkeys is appreciated!
