(Washington, DC) Investment Pitch For Informational With SVP

Hi all,

I recently scheduled an informational with an SVP at my dream company (CB/JLL/CW) and am wondering how to maximize this informational into something more in the immediate future. The discussion revolves around the industry in general and how to break into it (I am approaching the industry cold at a whopping 27 y.o.).

Should I model an investment pitch for their team's specific practice? What else could I bring to the meeting to try to inflate this network wave into an applicant interview in the near future (I'm sensitive to the imminent hiring boom staged for this fall). Any advice here will be responded to and valued.
