What are my chances? - First round

So this is the situation, I have been interviewing with a company for a similar role to the one I am doing right now, so my experience match exactly what they are looking for. After the first round hr told me she got very good feedback from the managers who interviewed me and they wanted me to come back two days later to interview with the head of the firm. However, they sent me a form to fill on salary expectations...etc and today I went in for the interview but before I met the head, hr wanted to see me separately to discuss my expectations. I got the feeling that my expectations were higher than their budget but she kept asking about how I felt about the role and the opportunity and telling about the good things about the role...etc. I then went to see the head and another manager and the interview went I felt very well. That was the final round and I felt that they are keen. I was in the afternoon so kinda expected them to call me back today but they didn't. Do u think it is because they would need to get approval for higher pay and may call on Monday.

What do u think are my chances like here?
