I'm an incoming freshman in college, interested in IB. I already have had 2 internships, one in tax and one in finance. I'm a white male however, so I can't apply to any diversity programs. What are the best banks that I can get a summer internship at after my freshman or sophomore year? If not really possible, what's the next best move? PWM or a tiny local boutique?
