What do I do?

Hello all,

I am feeling quite down about my job opportunities post college. I have applied to hundreds of jobs and only had one interview for a muni bond private debt company. Here are my current stats:

Senior at non target SEC school GPA 3.69 VP of schools Real Estate Club Year round corporate finance intern at F100 company agribusiness Have “equity research” experience through school program which required interview process. Currently studying for SIE

So here’s the story, I am very interested in so many career paths that it is hard to choose one. I have previously applied for many IB internships but never landed one. Since I’ve always been so curious about everything I have also applied for about every job under the sun. I would really like to try to break into REIB however I can’t even get a FA role at a real estate company. So far I have applied to close to 300 roles and have only had that one interview and rejected from the rest. I really don’t know where I should be putting my energy or if I should just keep my head down and keep networking and applying for everything that interests me. I have many of the technical skills required for most finance jobs and real estate jobs too but I think that my since I only have had one true internship that isn’t necessarily a financial services role it’s keeping me out of the interview loop.

Please give me advice on what I should do. Very stuck on what steps I should take that can help me get into either IB, PE, ER, AM, or CO.
