what do i need to look better than others?
Im currently a first year undergrad and thinking about in the future working in IB,HF,AM. I was wondering from people that were offered a job after graduating what was the deciding factor you would say or what do you suggest i get before i graduate(certificate,internships)
ps. already have almost 5 month job experience as junior finance analyst at logistics/trading company and im set to work there part-time till the end of my degree and have a certificate from Forage from JPM IB job simulation.
