"The Business Analyst is part of a small team that reports to the Business Manager for Latin America, Enhanced Dual Coverage and Canada. The business management team's mandate is to partner with Group Heads to provide support to manage their businesses, primarily by designing and executing infrastructure processes and initiatives that drive productivity. Key areas of focus are business strategy and planning, internal financial reporting, competitor benchmarking and analysis, senior management presentations, execution of HR initiatives, systems development and maintenance, and continuous improvement/process re-engineering projects to up-tier the overall infrastructure of the groups we support.

In addition to day-to-day operational support of these IB groups, the business management team may be involved in projects/initiatives for IB senior management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Generate weekly, monthly and other regular internal reporting (e.g., financial, pipeline, market fee analysis, banker productivity, etc.)
Maintain and updating data in Navigator (internal financial and client management system) for pipeline, banker dashboards and client planning
Participate in definition, testing and rollout phases for system tools
Assist in marketing and entertainment activities, including managing sports/event ticket requests, conference planning and planning internal team events
Assist in supervisory activities, including systems access reviews
Communicate and build relationships with team members across business manager functions, HR, finance, marketing, compliance, etc.
Field a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints"
