What else should I do to lock up an IB offer?

First year student at Oxbridge studying Economics / Management. I’m in the main finance-focused student societies and I think I’ll be able to work my way up to a high ish position by the end of the year. Have prior small internships in local boutique IB and small PWM firms.

Basically been striking out with spring weeks, and I’m kinda stressing about it. I applied to all of them right when they came out, I do well on all of the online tests that gave me feedback. I know that the summer before you graduate is the most important, so basically trying to figure out what else I should try to get on the resume before then? Or if anyone has any idea for what it might be striking me out?

Yea out of 40+ online tests I’ve only missed 1. The ones I got feedback on gave me basically the highest score almost every time

Sounds like you’re not passing HVs. I can’t stand doing them but you need to practice as all the banks use them. Record your answers and play them back to see where you’re going wrong. Also, make sure you’re not scripting your answers too much, it’s painfully obvious when people do.
