Massively underpaid which sucks because i like my location and job. But I know they will not move comp too much after next year, anyone have any advice into what exits I could possibly see after 1-2 years of experience? I know I saw endowments which could be interesitng but after doing more reserach the pay does seem quite low, could I see anything in growth equity, LMM/MM or private credit. My fund kind of does everything (pc,pe,L/S etc) and I do have a good amount of responsibility.
