what gpa is required for low tier- lower mid tier and mid tier firms?

Hello Im a freshman and I currently go to the university of Maryland. I'm a Econ/information double major, and I'm currently interested in doing consulting and was wondering what the Gpa cutoff is for firms that are considered low tier, middle tier and low middle tier consulting firms? (sorry for saying it like that I just don't know that many firms and had to resort to that naming) . I'm really not trying to join MBB or any top ones just yet. I do possibly want to do consulting at PwC(I'm wondering what their Gpa cut off is too). I'm mainly interested in financial services.

Just try to get all As, right? You're a freshman so you have a goal in mind and can work towards it. Thats great.

I've seen some firms with a 3.5 minimum GPA.

"Killua1234" oh alright. are you kinda doomed if you didn't do too hot in your first semester of college?

like 15 credit hours at 2.5 or something? Yeah you can recover just map it out in Excel.
