I am a graduate student in the Netherlands, My GPA is not so high. 3.2 ish. So im considering a move to first start at a tier2 Bank. So im wondering what the best Dutch bank is and which has the most possibility to transfer to a BB bank. Also im quite international oriented, so im also wondering which Dutch bank has the most international exposure.

Same situation here, though I'm from Belgium.
Any thoughts on BNP Paribas? There is also a JPM AM office in Belgium I think. However I prefer IB and BNPP wouldn't be that hard to break into through some networking.

Thanks for the answer thus far. - I didnt know theo glissen before, look interesting, but im looking for a more international bank. - JPM is not realistic with my 3.2 gpa. maybe (asset management) back office is different? - Which is better Abn or Rabo? - As for the last question in Dutch, im graduating Msc quantitative finance/econometrics from erasmus in a month time
Does it matter which is "better"? I'm not from the Netherlands, but can only assume that one would only be marginally better than the other, if at all. Seeing as your options are limited in terms of IB in Netherlands, I'd suggest you pursue as many avenues as possible.
