What should I do in two years?

I'm a current college senior and will be starting at a BB in NYC for IB this summer after graduation. I've been told I need to start thinking about exit ops (after two year analyst stint) as the workload doesn't give a lot of time for research and interviews come fast. The common exit ops (as I understand) are these:

PE, HF, VC, IB Assoc, Growth Equity, CorpFin, startup, other

I'd love to hear some of the pros/cons of some of these paths (or other paths if I missed any) that might not be known outside the industry. Thanks!
