What time of the year are there the most analyst lateral opportunities?

Would like to lateral to a different place soon and was wondering what time of the year are there the most analyst lateral opportunities at banks generally speaking? Honestly haven't seen much lateral opps in the first 2ish month of the year so am naturally curious if there could be some more lateral hiring coming up later in the year as rates starts to decline, etc.
