When to hear back from the Final round?
Hi, all currently in the process for a Venture analyst position, I've done 3 interviews + a Case study, and after the final round I was called in for two more quasi-interviews to meet more directors on the team, it wasn't official 30 mins each just to learn more about the role and for them, I guess the sanity check.after 1 day one of the hiring managers wanted to confirm my right to work and salary expectations and also to mention they would hopefully have an answer by the end of the week.I was then called by HR the following day again to ask about my salary expectations, I haven't received any news as its the end of the week, when do you think I could potentially hear a Yes/NO ANSWER

What was the salary discussion like - did they give you a number and confirm whether that's ok with you, or asked whether you have other expectations? assume this is for a full time role?
They asked me about the where my expectations for salary would be around, and what the likely minimum floor would be . But I just received the Verbal offer today, its the UK for context so the base is £60k seeing if I can negotiate. It's a full-time role, I'm currently an Off-cycle Analyst at a VC fund.
£60k for an analyst position is above market in the UK. Not bad
