When to negotiate salary?

Alright well I think I’ve showed my hand. Finished me super day with a strong indication that they’ll be offering me sometime this week.

During my HR round we talked salary slightly and was told $125k base with bonus expectations of 20% to 30%. I knew that was slightly low and didn’t wanna come across as the guy who will be nickel and diming the firm. What I want for bonus is roughly 30-50%.

Is it too late to negotiate for this? Will they pull my offer?
