When to schedule coffee meeting?
How early should you schedule for coffee? I want to meet next week but with thanksgiving this week, I obviously don't want to email them later this week. Can I email today in hopes of setting something up early next week?

I would make a suggestion, but say you can be flexible. Obviously suggest something convenient for them. The less possible ambiguity the better.
