Where do I go from here?

Currently a third-year at a T20 target school seeking career advice and opportunities. So far, have completed almost all premedical reqs, along with some business courses through the business school (accounting, econ, finance, etc.). I've always planned on applying to medical school, but have become more uncertain in the past 2 yrs, so wanting to see what else I could do. Most of my work/involvement has been STEM (i.e. wet lab research), but have experience in business clubs too (i.e. semester long consulting case project with final presentation at company headquarters). I've always had an underlying interest in finance/business, and at this point flexibility post-grad is very attractive to me. GPA is 3.95+ and I think I can interview/network quite well. Will my STEM background help at all?

Thanks

3.95 is pretty good for STEM.
