Where should I go?

Hi,

To get to the point, I want to know more about which banks should I prioritize if all goes well based on the priority that I would want to maximize my learning and skills development, reach clients at the top quintile, and generally have a long career that would be prestigious and the best professional experience I can possibly get. In short, I am not prioritizing money, although that's a factor. What I want is to get as much connections as possible with CEOs, billionaires, and top officials in central banks and treasuries to hopefully set up my own fund in the future or come back as an official in treasury or central banking in my home country.

My understanding is that I won't really get this in a boutique in London. Although I understand it pays well.

For context, I'm an equity research analyst who applied to a finance program at Oxford.
