Which Banks are a No-Brainer to Work for?
Whether its the commercial bank or IB - what are some banks that are no-brainers to work for?
Lets say for example the pay is the same and so is the role - should I leave a tier 2 bank if I have an offer from Goldman/JP/Morgan Stanley/Citi?

All depends on the group & office, but NY is particularly bad I think.

No, definitely don’t leave Tier 2 Banks for BB…it’s a no brainer.

personally would take certain teams at certain EBs over the GS MS JP
