If so, Fitch hands down. You will gain real experience: 3 statement modelling, credit analysis, deep dive into financial statements, and access to non-public information. Disclosure, I work at another CRA.
I was coming in here expecting to say NB without a doubt, but given the roles, I would go with Fitch.
Wow I was expecting people to say NB because of its recognition and brand but that's interesting. I totally get why Fitch would be great as mentioned by animal spirits but wouldn't starting out as an RFP associate open doors to other parts of NB? maybe sales or even the investments side since you would be dealing with all the groups in the firm? And yes the LinkedIn link is the position.
take the fitch job - NB is a marketing job, and people tend to overestimate internal mobility
RFP associate might be good if you want to work on the client facing side of institutional money management or go into private banking, but if you want to be an analyst, do Fitch.
