Will Wall Street hire me???

I'm graduating with a degree in economics from University of Pennsylvania next spring. I'm basically a B student; I have a few A's, mostly in math courses, but my econ courses are mostly B or B-. Will Wall Street hire me? Or, do they only want A students. I'm really hoping to be an analyst on Wall Street. I'm also looking to get a master's, maybe in applied math or Applied Economics. Any input will be helpful. Thanks!

Actually, I heard from a JPMC recruiter that Wharton was being removed from its target list. So as long as you're applying to other BBs you're golden. Also never sip cocktails with a stir straw. That got a kid axed even though he did really good in the interviews. Apparently he wasn't cool enough to hang with the crew. He was from a target (HYP).

I drink coffee in the morning through a stirring straw. Will that reduce my chances of a return offer? It's really hot and I don't want to burn myself, but I'll take a scalded tongue over no offer.

Also, I only have a few days left. Will it be too late for me to change?

No Wall Street wont hire you, but the potential that a firm on Wall Street hires you is pretty slim....

Are you serious?

Troll is Successful.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

we should incorporate bitch slaps in addition to monkey shit for troll and gremlins on WSO

I think you'll be fine.

JPMC is not sharing the love at a number of schools, especially at their IBD division.

And yeah, you'll be fine.
