Worried about perception - Seeking Advice

Wrapping up my first year at a top BB in a regional office. Having talked with other analysts, I gather that I have performed well, work hard and my associates and VPs all seem to like working with me (compared to peers). However, whether it be from one or two very stressful late nights with certain deal teams, a few errant, fumbled modeling exercises or small occurrences or mistakes similar, I feel as though I am not viewed as a high quality analyst and am worried I may receive a bad bonus. Also, I have always had plans to stay on as an associate, but I know my group will only give A2A promotions to top-performers and I am concerned I may not get the promotion and be forced to do a 3rd year as an analyst. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what can I do to improve as an analyst / improve my image to more senior bankers?

Thank you!
