Is Sarbanes-Oxley the fastest risk-adjusted path to millionaire status?

I was just reading that Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblowers are entitled to 10-30% of any funds recovered by the SECC as a result of their information with an average payout of $3.3m.

Is this a viable strategy for making my first million? What firms should I target for recruiting if I want to maximise my Sarbanes-Oxley payout? I hear that FTX was a good option historically so maybe Coinbase?
