Greetings WSO members,
I am from the Midwest, recently graduated and am still looking for a banking position. I decided to go into banking after recruitment season so I hope that WSO can be helpful. I do not have a degree in finance. Currently I have a back office position interview, coming up soon. It is not ideal but is a start.
