Undergraduate Senior in need of advice

I'm interested in entering S+T. I have a 3.0 from a non-target school. I have 1-2 years sales experience (not in I.B.), 5 mos work experience in the Financial Industry(at a bank analyzing trades). No junior year internship. Graduating with an Economics degree with an IT minor(no finance coursework).

What are my chances? I know what I'm bringing to the table is less than ideal. What drastic measures can I take to give myself a fighting chance?

Also, what position would I be applying for with a S+T trajectory? Geared more towards equity sales rather than trading.
