It'll be hard to go to a JP Morgan or something in that vein with your experience + lack of degree unfortunately.
In 3 years will you do be doing actual work than a levfin AN1 at a BB does? You should find that out. A lot of internships have the flashy division names like S&T or Banking and the apprentices do middle office work for the revenue generating teams
If you can do the work that a AN2 does I can't see why you can't lateral in 5 years?
