After preparing for hours and hours, performing on the big super day stage is no easy task. To make it a little easier, we thought we'd give fair warning and rank the investment banks in the following ways:

2. Top 15 Investment Banks with the EASIEST INTERVIEWS.
3. Top 15 Banks with the BEST OVERALL INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE. In other words, which banks didn’t treat you like used dog food?

Also, William Blair having the 11th hardest interview experience ... surprising/doubtful. Definitely not from my experience.
Defunct companies are always the easiest ones to get into. You're all hired.
Well, the problem with Easiest / Hardest interview metric is that it isn't at all controlled for who actually gets the interviews, which is very relevant.
Take an example in which Rothschild and BAML have identical interview questions, but BAML invites 30% more candidates to interview. BAML invited more unqualified candidates and therefore responses might indicate that their interviews were "very hard".
Not blaming anyone and the data is still much appreciated, just pointing out a quirk in the methodology.

Morgan Keegan isn't a bank anymore, though. Raymond James acquired them in 2012.
Strange to see Greenhill not being included in top 5-7. But boutiques being harder seems to be true to what i experienced.

I am surprised that Stephens did not rank first for interview experience. They fly you out on a freaking private jet for the superday.
And, no, I do not work there...was just lucky enough to interview there while in undergrad.
I've been really disappointed by the quality of these posts.I think you guys to hire a statistical consultant or market researcher to advise on proper survey sampling.
Quality in what sense? We are taking the results straight from the WSO Company Database based on user reviews which has been stated clearly multiple times....not sure we need a consultant for that or how hiring a consultant would change any of these rankings?
