Got a fairly cheap studio for this summer on 97th and Lex. Little worried since it's technically a block into East Harlem, but I feel like it'll be okay since it's basically UES. Signed the spot because it's cheap, right next to the 96th street 6 line, and I can live without roommates. Anyone have any thoughts on the area? Anything I should keep in mind?
