Considering most marathon runners don't even burn 3,000 in a single race, I would love to know what you did you achieve this number
I rode 110mi on the indoor cycling trainer (Zwift), which took 5:39. I completed three centuries this week on the trainer, but the more impressive one was on Monday because I came in at 220W for 100.1mi in 4:25 for 3,355 calories that effort.
