Adapting to a BIG College

So I'm currently a senior and have been going to the same k-12 private school my whole life. I'm a pretty extroverted kid, so making friends has never been an issue. But regardless, I'm just curious on the adjustment from a Small High School to a really big state school with 40,000+ undergrads, such as IU and PSU. Will it be hard, overwhelming, stressful? Any advice would be great.
