Another Scam (Ask Stanley AI)

Hey guys, there's yet another shameless person on here, along with their peers, trying to promote a fraudulent interview prep website. The website's name is Ask Stanley. ai, and its domain was just registered last month.

What's truly sad is that the said user is posting on this forum a discord link for the class of 2028 to supposedly "help" with recruiting. Not only are they taking users off this website, but within the discord, that's where it gets messy as they are cheating students. They're sharing how they striked a deal with some companies, how their discord is gaining traction, etc. The said "companies" are simply their fake interview prep websites (which there is a ton that exist already).

I saw someone in the discord point it out and I had to check myself that they were right - the website was just recently published and there were a ton of bot accounts for fake engagement. I no longer found their message meaning that the mods removed them for trying to tell others. Please be cautious guys and @wso mods we need a better system to prevent scam, fraud, and overall cheating, especially for people who are new and somewhat desparate. I don't normally make any posts, but I think this is an issue that will continue to grow if not addressed.

Prefacing first by saying didn't MS you.

I highly suspect you are one of the discord mods, as who will literally be on WSO scouting for any comments about their website - within the same time as the person that revealed your stuff.
Furthermore, as per your title, "1st Year Analyst - IB" - the deception begins here as you are not in IB and are a student as you have just recently recruited given your posts.

Now that's clear, a company domain being created as well as promoted in the past month just shows that there is no credibility for it. On your website, you have a bunch of false claims like:

  •  "Trained by a team of engineers and bankers"
  • "Join Thousands of Students from 250+ Schools Who Have Used Stanley to Save Hundreds of Hours, Navigate Finance Recruiting, and Secure Offers at the Most Competitive Firms"
  • "1.2k student profiles"

Please my guy, stop exploiting other students.
