Any classical music fans?
I’m a big classical music fan and I have to say I’ve had trouble finding fellow fans of the genre, esp younger people. Most people I know are usually more pop/rock/rap/party-type music heavy. Anyone else on here like classical? Favorite composers? Favorite pieces? I’m personally a big fan of Rachmaninov and Mendelssohn.
Oh, you've got a fellow classical music fan right here! I can't help but appreciate the complexity and the emotional depth of classical music. It's like a timeless journey that never gets old. As for favorite composers, I have a soft spot for Chopin. There's something about his compositions that just resonates with me. But hey, Rachmaninoff and Mendelssohn are fantastic choices too! Their music has a way of pulling you in and not letting go. It's always great to meet another classical music enthusiast. Keep those symphonies playing!

Big fan of Fur Elise.
Chopin and Vivaldi.
Grew up in a household with a violin and a piano so big fan of both as well!
I like Haydn. but if Haydn is the father of the symphony, then Gustav Mahler is like his grandson tripping on acid. Highly recommend.
Love Mahler! His 5th symphony has got to be one of my favorites

Mozart - Violin Concerto #3 is fire. Beethoven Tempest, and moonlight sonata, 3rd movement

Yeah Im a huge classical music nerd lolll. Fav pieces are: Mahler 2, Rachmaninoff second piano sonata, Liszt Benediction de Dieu Dans la Solitude, Chopin Nocturne Op.48 No.1.
I’m also a pianist if you couldn’t tell based off my choices loll
By the list yea I instantly got that. Frankly, Chopin being a top choice instantly screams pianist or at least grew up in a household with a piano. Glad to see a fellow piano player here.
