Anyone experienced with CBD oil?

I am having trouble sleeping. I have heard a lot about CBD oil, and I think i will give it a go.
Does anyone on this forum have experience with it? if yes, good or bad? In what particular way did it help you?

Yeah, I think it’s great. Haven’t read the science and maybe I’m just a bitch to placebo - but it genuinely helped me.
Was going through a rough time and wanted something to help me sleep and temper anxiety during the day. CBD did exactly that. I took 20mg day and night (mind it wasn’t cheap). Wasn’t a miracle cure, and its effects were subtle but it definitely helped and worked.
Stopped taking it now as I’m out of the rut but would/actively do recommend it to anyone.
CBD oil is ok. You might want to try melatonin as well.
Also try Delta 8 Indica THC and Delta 9 Indica THC.

I use CBD oil from time to time to help me sleep. For nights when I really need to make up a sleep deficit but have to be sharp the next day.
It works surprisingly well — normal sleep and none of the grogginess you get with meds. You can wake up easily and get on with your day.
Any of the good brands work. I prefer the bottles that spritz the dose under the tongue. My preference.
Believe the effective dose of CBD is like 80mg. Also, CBD helps you stay asleep once asleep, the effects of sleep inducement are minimal. What you need is an edible with like 1:20 ratio of THC:CBD.
Delta 9 THC Indica edibles are much more potent than a CBD
agree, but it is for different effect. CBD to help you sleep with minimal nootropic effects, and THC the opposite, PUTS you to sleep with maximum nootropic effects.
I used CBD when I had problems with patents. I've dabbled with CBD oil and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. Some nights it worked like a charm, helping me doze off peacefully. Other times, not so much. I'd say it's worth a shot, but remember, what works for one might not work the same for another.
