there is a certain trend towards ethnocentrism within those communities. long story short, I actually researched this topic in a cultural management class. But hey man what can you do right.......also how come you're bringing those up? stated banks are largely focused on retail banking. AFAIK they don't have any investment banking activities.....but they do have some level of asset management arms
