Are Asians Overrepresented in Finance Industry?

Finance industry seem to have a large amount of Asian professionals. I feel it is unfair for other underrepresented. Thus, we need affirmative action. Congress man in my district agree with me and I think rather than hiring more Asian, financial communities need to hire more underrepresented minorities.

Also, many of Asians have direct or indirect relationship with China, our biggest competitor. Wouldn’t having a lot of Asian without deep background check in finance industry bad for the information security?
