Gatorade, Aleve, sleep. I you're a coffee drinker, start off with one cup and then switch to tea, coffee is rough on your stomach. Eat something fatty: it kicks your liver on and speeds up the detox process a little bit. Go for a brisk walk at lunch.

If you're not doing any brainwork, go to the bar and chug a bloody mary: tell them to go extra lite on the booze, only the good stuff, and toss in some olives. Go to sleep when you get home, you'll feel fine tomorrow.

Good luck

"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Pray for me now and at the hour of my death, which I hope is soon. Amen."

Get on a treadmill and sweat that shit out. Don't kill yourself but get your heartrate up and sweat.

I’m headed to Vegas on Thursday. I want to play a $600 $200K GTD at the Venetian on Friday with a day 2 on 12/13 (Monday). And the Wynn on Saturday for a $1,100 $500K GTD for a day 2 on Sunday. We leave on Tuesday and my girlfriend is already pissed I could be playing poker everyday, but I told her I could get knocked out at any time and then we could hang out, but she doesn’t like being so fluid with plans, so this is my struggle. Her brother and his wife are coming on the trip too so I don’t see why hanging out with them and me meeting up eventually is an issue.

If I win like $30K or more I said I’d buy gf a Chanel purse so she should be happy if I take forever to win these tournaments.
