Stay away from powder, adderall, and energy drinks. Seems difficult when everyone at your desk is taking a 40 mg Vyvance M-Friday, but if you need, just stick to coffee & Zyn. If you can avoid that too, though, you should be fine. Also make sure you’re prioritizing sleep whenever possible (would try for atleast 7 hours every night although this won’t be possible at times) and if you can fit in a workout 4-5 times a week, you’re circulatory shouldn’t be damaged from the constant late nights.

 

First year and also started having heart and blood pressure issues in February.

Worked out 6 days a week in college and always ate healthy. I’m barely able to workout anymore and working minimum 90 hours a week (so is everyone here).

My doctor told me last month my body is likely going into “shock.”

Will be quitting before completing my first year.
