BBH fires both MD and SVP after sexual harassment claims

What do you guys think of this? A firm's 3rd year Analyst partied with her male supervisors and harassed by her MD later hires a lawyer to sue the firm for a large settlement, wins the lawsuit.

There is one key piece of information missing.

"Next morning she had a talk with MD in his office"

If this was just a "Hey sorry, I totally shouldn't have acted so unprofessionally, can we put this behind us?" then this situation sucks for both MD and SVP and the whole situation sucks.

If this was a "Hey, don't mention this to anyone or else..." type of talk then the MD had it coming and the SVP got boned in the process.

I'm inclined to believe it was the former since the MD seemed like he was drinking / it was late / and he still called a cab for her (I don't imagine he could've handled it any better, short of not making a move).

Ah ok, thanks for clarifying. Didn't want to throw you to the wolves or anything, but since names were being dropped I figured it would be best to be 100% sure. Taking down a true statement would have been way less problematic than helping spread libel / slander someone by name. My first response still stands, SVP got fucked hard either way.

Is she hot at least?

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

I read a discussion here which basically said; A girl who worked in BBH partied with her MD and SVP every night. One of those night she went out alone with her MD and the MD made a move towards her and she declined and let her go home. The girl told the SVP about it and told him not to report it just yet. Later she sued the company for sexual harassment. Apparently both SVP and MD got fired and she got a quarter million dollars.

the story was something close to this
