Very much hobby, and drinking/eating based. What do you like to do? Wife has been into pickle ball lately, not for me but I go drink and watch.
Happy hours, I met a buddy that was in my wedding at a young professionals happy hour years ago. There is one that has a large happy hour once a month.
I’d also say meet people at work, but you could be like me and work at a shop where everyone is 50+ and done doing things.
I do jits during the week, and drink on the weekends.
