I started in AM a year ago after a 3 year stint in IB. 1 year in, I am being reallocated to a less interesting sector and I am not particularly happy with the way things are going. WLB sucks and compensation is way below market in a Tier 1 market.
Since job openings are relatively rare, I wanted to ask how to land a Tier 1 AM gig.
