If you get Showtime through Amazon Prime you can watch the first episode of season two as soon as you sign up (I watched it last night). They are running a seven day free trial so you can watch the first episode and cancel.

"Not me. Im in my prime"

Is it just me or did anyone else think the first episode was kind of weak? I loved the first season, this episode seemed to have a lot of weird non-sequitur type of scenes that didn't lead anywhere or set anything else up. I won't say anything else because I don't want to give spoilers, but I didn't think the 2nd season started off super hot.

Yes! I just got into this show a month ago and binged watched the entire first season. Wags is the best character on the show. Also, still can't decide if Wendy is hot or not....

"That was basically college for me, just ya know, fuckin' tourin' with Widespread Panic over the USA."

I've been having this exact debate in my head for as long as I can remember. It was settled this last episode when the cook said she "shames the angles." I thought to myself, I'd love to have a wife who looks like that when I'm as old as Chuck Rhodes.

Curious if anyone in HF or S&T actually likes this show. Honestly at times it is entertaining, but the unrealistic events and behaviors is a turn off for someone who knows that the industry is not really like this all that much with the exception of a few places. I know its a tv show, but still written by people who know what they are talking about.

Wendy's short allocation is gonna screw Chuck on this yet again, show getting kind of repetitive. Chuck goes after Axe -> Wendy's relationship with both Axe and Chuck compromises the case -> Rinse & Repeat every season.

Hmm I see. Axe could spin that short into something like Chuck orchestrated the short play for his benefits, routed through Wendy. If Axe goes down that path though he would have to offer Wendy to SEC / that new US Attorney so then maybe that would be the last resort plan.

Any other way you see Axe could get out of this?

Nothing is true; everything is permitted.

I think it was for going through with that short position on that auto manufacturing company with the faulty breaks? It's still sketchy and I think this is all building up to Axe throwing Taylor under the bus to get out of this one, which sucks since Taylor has become one of my favorite characters. They've been building her/him up, getting the $250K under the table "with more to come", him/her saying how much he/she loves working at Axe Capital, going over the story of how his/her father got laid off which then "made the company thrive'. It's all setting up for a crushing blow and with Axe and Chuck taking on more collateral damage to combat each other. I could be wrong though....

"That was basically college for me, just ya know, fuckin' tourin' with Widespread Panic over the USA."

This showdown is sure to come. Hard to imagine why they would revive this character otherwise. To be honest though. I fucking hate Taylor. Political correct bullshit. Plus, they way he was talking about that town. He obviously has no fkcing idea about fiscal policies yet he preaches like the new Darwin. Axe has clwed his way up and while i disagree with his philosophy i accept it. Taylor on the otherside has been bullied at school and that boohoo must make us sympathise with him.
