Black Out or Work Out?

We all knew nights blacking out and waking up the next morning were fun, but it seems that they are potentially less harmful to our waistline than we thought (if only the same could be said for our livers). The guys are Gizmodo were testing out the new Nike Fuel Band and found some pretty interesting results.

  • Taking a Shower: 60 Calories, 169 Nikefuel
  • Having Sex: 179 Calories, 514 Nikefuel
  • Masturbating: 82 Calories, 231 Nikefuel
  • Smoking a Cigarette: 8 Calories, 21 Nikefuel
  • A Night Out I Don't Remember: 1129 Calories, 3320 Nikefuel
Good news for those of us trying to get into summer shape. Check out the whole list when you get a chance.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.
