BOSTON ROOMMATES NEEDED (lease start July 2020)
Hi monkeys, I've got a 3 bed room apartment at Avalon North Station on a higher floor unit. My two other roommates I was supposed to move in with won't be coming back to Boston till later this year due to extended WFH. So looking for 2 roommates to replace them.
Lease Start: July 19, 2020 (12 months lease) Price is $1,700 a month per person as I've locked in a very good deal taking advantage of the market environment.
