BOSTON ROOMMATES NEEDED (lease start July 2020)
Hi monkeys, I've got a 3 bed room apartment at Avalon North Station on a higher floor unit. My two other roommates I was supposed to move in with won't be coming back to Boston till later this year due to extended WFH. So looking for 2 roommates to replace them.
Lease Start: July 19, 2020 (12 months lease) Price is $1,700 a month per person as I've locked in a very good deal taking advantage of the market environment.
Let me know if you want to discuss further, I will share my info / LinkedIn etc. Fyi, I'm a first year associate at a large PE firm.
Thanks!
You're associate at a large PE firm but you need roommates to share the cost of rent?
Saving money is cool
Especially in today's investing environment, I'd rather put as much personal money into work than paying $3.5k+ one bed that's getting flushed out at 0x
