As long as you've had a few credit cards already and have had on-time payment history with decently low utilization, you should be fine. The main thing to be aware of is Chase's 5/24 rule. If you've opened 5 or more cards in the past 24 months, Chase will automatically decline you for any of their cards, regardless of income or credit score. This happened to me and I had to wait 6 months after getting rejected to get under that 5/24 rule and approved for the CSR

Why would you want a $550 card that's focused on travel and dining when you won't have time to dine nor travel much. We all know the bank will cover your late night meals, and your only travel will be limited to your annual 2 weeker.

Furthermore, you have to spend quite a bit in order to make up for the $550 fee. Not sure you'll even get there with 1) your salary or 2) your limited free time.

In the end, its up to you. Does it make economic sense? no.
