Consignment Leasing of Commodities

Hello everyone, This may be a long shot but does anyone in our community have experience with *consignment leasing facilities *for commodities. I'm thinking precious metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium, other PGMs, etc.) and other high volatility assets that companies hold on their balance sheet which may put companies in tightened liquidity situations. From what I've seen these are off balance sheet agreements and I do not have access to any of the loan docs

I want to understand how lenders *structure *and *negotiate *these facilities for syndicated deals.

Please let me know if there is an alternative community or forum I should reach out to.

Thanks, QDC
