I'll just leave this here.

There is this thing called a “race” which you can divide people into. Maybe three, four, or five categories with a sub category for Mexicans?

The Las Vegas shooting is one of the strangest mass catastrophes in recent history, and even more startling is the unbelievably poor security response to the events that happened. Of course in cases like this the shooting was quickly swept under the rung to draw attention away and MGM paid off the victims to prevent further investigations into what occurred.

All of these will be universally accepted in 6 to 18 months

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

Proven? Or just accepted? If proven, we will soon just call it what it is: the Alex Jones effect.

Edit: Just read the best rename of that idea ever. Whenever it's proven true, call it an Alex Jones Spoiler Alert.

The poster formerly known as theAudiophile. Just turned up to 11, like the stereo.

I believe the government lies more than you think and most "conspiracy theories" aren't even scratching the surface. I'm ethnically african and know the government is more messed up than locals where i am from believe, I have friends in the government and they are legitimately evil people and would make Hitler blush.

Alex Jones and people like that are closer to the truth than CNN and other MSM sources. Even after he exposed the bohemian grove people still thought he was full of shit and I think is kinda orwellian, he pulled back the curtains and people still don't believe him

First off, if you declare everything is a conspiracy, then of course you'll be right about every conspiracy - you'll just be a wrong about way more.

Second, he didn't "expose" anything about Bohemian Grove.  Probably specifically because he thinks everything is a conspiracy, he decided that whatever he saw would be described as such.

What always amazes me about people like Alex Jones, and the cretins who listen to him like you, is that somehow they want me to think that the government is, at the same time, capable of committing and covering up terrible crimes, as well as engaging in Satanic rituals or running pedophilia rings or whatever it is, but also somehow incapable of hiding that from a moron with a camera.  This is why conspiracy theories appeal to right wingers in particular - your average conservative is a scared moron willing to believe anything, except in his own mediocrity.  Thus a conspiracy theory scratches all three itches - it validates the fear, it plays to the inherent lack of intelligence, while simultaneously reassuring the idiot that they're actually very smart because they're the only ones to see through the veil.

This is ridiculous all around. There are several "secret societies" and clubs among the wealthy, where everything is done behind closed doors, without any cameras. Regarding pedophilia rings, we know this to be a fact via Epstein. It no longer is a conspiracy theory, however intelligence agencies refuse to release the video that was known to be recorded on site due to being paid off by the elite.

Reagan and the Ayatollah conspired to keep the Iran Hostage Crisis going so Carter would lose the election.

Sadly, events pretty much proved this true, so not even much of a fringe theory anymore.

The standard is CIA killed Kennedy via some connecting agent between Frank Olson and Oswald

Interesting one, Angela Merkel is stasi sleeper agent. Look into her early past, very fishy. Old school west German intel officers thought this and very quickly were removed from office

Others, the pope is the antichrist - see the prophecy of the popes.

Nick Szabo is certainly satoshi.

Also, love how many of the things here are have a higher probability of being true rather than actually being conspiracy theories.  We have reached the level of clown world where the official narriative requires more hoop jumping than the so called conspiracy theories.

It was a conspiracy to say masks didn't work a year ago and that you can get covid if you have the vaccine.

Liberals are the greatest threat to democracy in modern times. Just look at Canada

What?  No it wasn't.  Turn off OANN and listen to actually news network.

The conspiracy theory was that Bill Gates is microchipping you via the vaccine.  Which... isn't a liberal conspiracy theory, because liberals are wayyyyy less likely to believe that shit.  Because liberals don't usually have the same potent mix of fear, impotent rage, and idiocy that sums up the average American conservative.  And it's that trio which makes someone want to believe in a conspiracy - makes you feel validated for being afraid, gives a target for the rage, and lets you pretend you aren't an idiot because you saw through the smokescreen to the "truth".

That Guantanamo Bay, the Patriot Act, no-fly lists, extraordinary rendition and all kinds of anti-terrorism legislation were always intended to be used on domestic political opposition, and the whole panic over Islamic terror was a largely fictitious media-propagandised information war, achieved by encouraging a few inbred/khat-addicted crazies to go off, all to encourage the people to bring the legal and technical ability into being. All that's required is to label the opposition as seditious or domestic terrorists and suddenly its hunting season like 2003 again. Nostalgia!

For the record I don't believe this one but I like to think about it from time to time.
