Can someone please describe the Dallas high society social scene? What are the clubs/charities to be involved with. What are the bars on the younger side ?

not familiar with high society or charities, but lower greenville and deep ellum has a lot of popular bars. Uptown was good but has declined recently. Source: I live 2 blocks away from uptown.
Good bar/food scene, but the social scene in general is pretty meh at best unless you’re from the area.
You're not getting into any high societal charities or clubs in Dallas unless you went to Jesuit or HP dawg
So going to a high school that costs $20k/year with mediocre college placement is better than being a large donor or having accomplishments? Your definition of high here sounds somewhat vacuous but that may be the reality in their mind at least.
Dallas is known for their $30k millionaires. I'm still considering the city as well though. A lot of companies HQ'd there and the housing is fairly cheap aside from property tax.
