It’s long covid ME/CFS that you can get from Covid, doesn’t happen to everyone but the chance of it happening increases with each new covid variant as your body does not have immunity to each variant.

Not sure why I got MS, perhaps because this is not finance related? Apologies if that’s the reason, but it’s a community that’s been very helpful to me, so I posted in the hope it would help others. Awareness while not a cure is better than nothing; especially given there is no cure for long Covid & it’s derailing an increasingly large number of people’s careers.

Retrospectively, I might perhaps MS this post in someone else’s shoes, as it’s not what anyone in finance wants to be thinking about, but I’ll leave it up in the hopes it does benefit someone, and they prevent themselves from the pain I’ve been through.

Key message is: if you get covid at work, rest properly, do not go back early, do not push through, it could end up far worse than you could imagine. Thanks
